The Right Time to Invest into Real EstatePDF Print E-mail

Real estate value has plunged so much since the announcement of the global recession, that even someone with $1,000 could purchase a property that has been slapped with a foreclosure.

Despite gloomy economic forecast, I believe that for those who have saved a considerable amount of cash during ‘better times’ should start investing into the stock market and also into the real estate industry.

I believe that any Tom, Dick and Harry could identify stocks which are worth to be invested on or real estate that could be turned over and reap you profit in the process.

It’s always wise to think out of the box and don’t let other people’s judgments blur your gut feeling to make it to become the next millionaire.

‘Buy low, sell high’ – that’s the basic in business and I believe that the market is nearing its lowest point in history. Wouldn’t you like to be the next Warren Buffet and make your mark in history?

Apparently, the research to create a light bulb that lasts 60 years is near its completion. In fact, the Cambridge University team of researchers who have initiated the research are pretty close to bringing the production of LED bulbs into the market which has a very ‘extended’ lifespan of usage.

Of course, this team of researchers claimed that their light bulb could last 60 years – but it hasn’t passed the basic test of time. I don’t think that they have proven in reality that their light bulb could last 60 years – it’s just in theory and based on controlled research environment that these bulbs could last that long.

On the other hand, if these LED light bulbs does what it is designed to, it could last up to 100,000 hours of none stop usage, or you could also translate that to 60 years.

So you might be wondering how much these high tech and revolutionary LED bulbs would cost you – it’s pretty cheap, it only would cost you $2.85.

Looking for an ultra portable netbook which can fit perfectly in a suitcase disguise? Well the ‘brotato’ suitcase certainly fits the criteria as James Bond’s next super netbook weapon that he could carry around in a suitcase, without raising alarm from his villains.

The actual brotato model comes with a 14.2 inch LCD screen latched to the top of the suitcase and the main hardware sits at the bottom compartment. It comes with a cooling fan and all the necessary wires to keep the netbook running as it should. What’s even more interesting is the fact that it utilizes a 1.6GHz Atom processor and it even has 2GB of RAM, 160GB of hard disk space and 802.11n WiFi for you to surf the internet.

On the other hand, you can install Windows XP, Windows 7 or even Mac OS X onto it – depending on your ‘espionage’ preference.

Of course, this isn’t really something that PC manufacturers would push out into the market as it looks simply plain stupid to use in Starbucks or Coffee Bean. But it’s a magnificent achievement for someone who has actually created this working prototype – just for the fun of it.

Behold, the Brotato!
